Coronation Street fans have made the same claim over Dee-Dee Bailey, as new evidence looks set to seal Joel Deering's eventual exit from Weatherfield. Viewers of the ITV soap were left flocking to social media following Monday night's (September 16) episode after Dee-Dee, played by Channique Sterling-Brown, faced her ex-fiancé after getting some new information about his evil crimes. As Corrie fans know, Dee-Dee has joined forces with DS Lisa Swain and Lauren Bolton to bring Joel down once and for all after she discovered that he had groomed teenager Lauren before almost beating her to death and getting her pregnant.

Then, when she returned to visit an ill Roy in July, Joel accosted her in the hospital where an intense confrontation ensued and the truth about their relationship was exposed. Now, Joel is currently doing everything he can to evade being nailed by DS Swain for grooming Lauren and later giving her a drug that saw her go into early labour with their son, Frankie.
In the latest trip to Weatherdield, Corrie viewers saw Dee-Dee and Swain trying to convince Ellie, ano.
