Star Wars stars and characters will be in Bolton to meet fans at Comic Con Mania . The comic con will roll into town on August 3, bringing fan-friendly, geektastic fun to Bolton Arena. Comic cons are a celebration of comic book and pop culture with everything from Marvel, DC to Harry Potter, various anime shows, and other fantasy TV and film worlds.

The event was initially set to take place on May 18 this year, but had to be cancelled due to the arena's car park being used as park and ride provision for Bolton Wanderers' League One play-off final trip on the same day. Now, it is set to return at the beginning of next month, with a new roster of celebrity guests having been announced. Paul Blake, best known for playing Greedo in the first Star Wars film , will attend, as well as roles in television shows like Crossroads and Down to Earth.
