Read More The Golden Globes have announced that comedian Nikki Glaser will return to host the 2026 ceremony after she left everyone in splits at this year’s event. While Glaser is excited for the second chance, this time, she has a different goal in mind. The comedian shared that she’s looking forward to performing in front of The White Lotus team, hoping they will finally recognise her talent and cast her in the upcoming season.

Glaser even pitched a character idea and suggested to the team that she could play a Pilates instructor from Scandinavia who has a hidden and interesting past. In a statement, Glaser said, “Hosting the Golden Globes this year was without a doubt the most fun I have ever had in my career. I can’t wait to do it again, and this time in front of the team from The White Lotus, who will finally recognise my talent and cast me in Season Four as a Scandinavian Pilates instructor with a shadowy past.

" Nikki Glaser made history in January by becoming the first woman to host Golden Globes solo. Her bold humour and witty one-liners won her many fans. Interestingly, the comedian had already wanted to host again when she spoke about her preparations for the Golden Globes back in December 2024.

Speaking with People, the comedian said, “[Past Golden Globes host Ricky Gervais] didn’t want the gig again. He was down to burn bridges. I would like this gig again.
