Stellar Blade fans will have to "wait a little longer" for the PS5 exclusive to receive a Photo Mode, as studio Shift Up has shut down hopes it'll be included in what appears to be an imminent update. While the team hasn't outright confirmed a patch is on the way, its last couple of posts have hinted at new content for the summer, with a new Outfit featured. What made fans think Photo Mode would be included in the update is the fact protagonist Eve is posing in a Twitter image, as if she's having her picture taken.

That's not the case — at least right now — though: "Photo mode will have to wait a little longer, but first, let's get ready to enjoy summer," the official Twitter account posted. Shift Up has released little packages of new content here and there since Stellar Blade's launch in late April, and has mentioned doing more in terms of substantial DLC — though, nothing has been confirmed just yet. A Photo Mode is one of the things it's promising; you'll just have to wait a bit longer for it.
