Vadodara: Vadodara: Three students from Vadodara made it to the list of Top 50 in the country as the Institute of Cost Accountants of India ( ICAI ) on Friday declared results of cost and management accounting (CMA) intermediate and final exams that were held in June this year. Pratham Mehta secured All India Rank (AIR) 15 in the final examination. His father, Nandkishor, is a general manager with a private firm, while his mother, Zankhana, works with a private visa consultancy firm.

Two other students from Vadodara — Juhi Bharwani and Siddharthsinh Jadeja — secured AIR 31 and AIR 32 respectively in the intermediate exam. Juhi's father, Kamal, is a businessman, while her mother, Mansi, is a homemaker. Interestingly, two other students — Khushi Sajnani and Rishil Shah — share the second rank in the city in the final exam by scoring the same marks — 436 out of 800.

In the intermediate level, while Bharwani and Jadeja stood first and second respectively, Preyasi Parmar bagged the third spot with 470 marks. "Vadodara city has got 11 new cost accountants," said Priyank Vyas, chairman of the Vadodara chapter of ICAI.
