Drivers will be able to detour to I-10 east, to the Essen Lane exit, then north on Essen to the I-12 east on-ramp, DOTD said. The flyover project, expected to be finished in early 2025, will have dedicated College Drive exit lanes from I-10 west and I-12 west that will merge to form a ramp.
