An incredible and enchanting festive ice rink is set to return this Christmas at Clarks Village. Featuring real ice, the 550-square-metre ice-skating rink will kick-off the festival season at the outlet shopping centre. The ice rink will provide guests with a captivating festive atmosphere to enjoy with family and friends.

It will open on Thursday, November, 14, and be open until the New Year. Offering a fun-filled activity come rain, shine or even snow, the undercover all-weather ice rink will be open throughout the Christmas period until Sunday, January 5, including Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, with pre-bookable 45-minute sessions and skate hire included. Tickets go on sale from Wednesday, October 2.

Located in the stunning grounds of the historic Alfred Gillett Trust, adjacent to the outlet, the ice rink is wheelchair friendly and will have a dedicated entrance within Clarks Village’s restaurant terrace where guests can enjoy a bite to eat or a warming drink after their session. Chris Davis, Centre Director at Clarks Village, said: “The ice rink has been tremendously popular with our guests over the last two Christmases, being enjoyed by both those who came especially to ice skate and those who added it onto their day out Christmas shopping. Guests have already been asking if the ice rink is coming back this year so we’re pleased to announce its return for 2024.

“The ice rink really is a magical addition to the outlet’s Christmas celebrat.
