This afternoon of music will showcase a selection of timeless carols and seasonal works by distinguished composers Michael McGlynn, Dan Forrest, Norman Luboff, John Rutter and others. Our program has been carefully curated to inspire joy and bring the warmth of the holiday season to all who attend. Under the direction of Sarah Malone, the Civic Chorale’s voices will be accompanied by the talents of Nick Andrews on organ, Bryan Underwood and Joy Nagy on piano, and Elisa Wardeska and Eileen Butler on flute.

Together, we aim to create an uplifting experience, resonating with the richness and warmth that has come to define our Chorale’s performances. From timeless arrangements to contemporary settings, the music will reflect the beauty, peace and joy of the holiday season. As part of our commitment to fostering a love of choral music, we encourage families to bring children to this concert, where they can experience the joy of live music and be introduced to the etiquette and wonder of a holiday concert.

With the magnificent setting of St. John’s Episcopal Church as our backdrop, this concert promises to be a memorable way to celebrate the holiday se.
