Christina Hall is poking fun at her proximity to ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, while promoting their new show. In May, Warner Bros. Discovery revealed that Tarek El Moussa and Christina Hall, and previously led the show “Flip or Flop,” will return to HGTV for a new series called also featuring Heather Rae El Moussa.

The upcoming show was originally supposed to include Christina Hall’s husband, Josh Hall, too, with the first promo clip teasing the couples facing off against each other. But on July 15, after nearly three years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences,” documents obtained by TODAY.com confirmed.

Now, Christina Hall will join Tarek El Moussa and Heather Rae El Moussa to work on the new HGTV series as a trio. On Sept. 16, the three appeared in a funny clip uploaded to HGTV’s account that joked about Christina Hall being a third wheel.

In the video, Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa hold hands as the song “Me, You and Steve” from Garfunkel and Oates (a comedic folk duo created by actors Riki Lindhome and Kate Micucci) plays in the background. “I can’t believe that it’s finally me and you and you and me, just us,” the lyrics say while the couple smiles. When the next lyric, “And your friend, Steve!” plays, Chrstina Hall jumps up from behind the pair.

“Your friend Christina,” HGTV captioned the silly clip. Some fans were supportive in the comments while others were confused. “I love this.
