His recent investments suggest the actor is acquiring a 6 acre property on a hilltop in Ooty , Tamil Nadu. According to a report by 123Telugu, the megastar has reportedly spent Rs 16 crores on this prime piece of land in Ooty Tamil Nadu and will be completing all necessary registration and formalities. The report also suggests that Chiranjeevi’s son, Ram Charan, along with his wife Upasana, has already visited the site and provided input on the design of a luxurious farmhouse that is set to be built there. The plans for the farmhouse are expected to begin soon. Chiranjeevi's real estate investments are not new; he farmhouse is also located at Devanahalli close to the Kempegowda International Airport.
The star spends lavish holidays with his family there on festive occasions. On the work front, Chiranjeevi is working on his upcoming mega socio-fantasy film, 'Vishwambhara' directed by Mallidi Vassishta. The movie is announced to be released during the Sankranti festive season on January 10, 2025.
