A Chennai-based real estate company has reportedly offered 1,000 of its employees an all-expenses paid trip to Spain. The vacation to the tourism hotspot Barcelona is said to be the company's way of showing appreciation for the hard work of its employees. According to reports, the week-long trip is part of real estate developer Casagrand's 'Profit-share Bonanza Program' to encourage employees through this reward.

At the time, it started with a paid trip to Singapore for 50 employees. Other destinations since then have been Dubai, Malaysia and London, Abu Dhabi, Switzerland and Australia.
