Those who enjoy eggs at breakfast time or for a snack, will likely have their favourite type and consistency. Whether you’re a hard or soft boiled egg person or you’re partial to a runny yolk in your poached or fried egg is all down to personal preference. When it comes to a scrambled version, most would agree fluffy is best - who wants a plate of rubber after all? One chef, who shares her tips and hacks for healthy eating recipes and has over 471k followers on TikTok revealed how she makes "fluffy ones every time".

So, you would think the video would have gone down a storm. Quite the opposite happened though and it was all down to how she cooked the eggs. On her page @lilsipper she revealed her divisive recipe, which involves placing mixed eggs into.

Alongside a demonstration of her carrying out the method, she says: "Pour scrambled eggs in boiling water, let it cook then gently move it around. When finished you now have the fluffiest scrambled eggs." She can be seen pouring her mixture into boiling water as she compares it to a Chinese style soup which involves pouring wispy, beaten eggs into chicken broth.
