This twist on cooking scrambled eggs makes a delicious and luxurious breakfast A chef has shown people three ways to make scrambled eggs so you can get the texture you want for the perfect breakfast. Kevin Tatar champions simple dishes and cooking on a budget and often takes to TikTok to show his followers some of his recipes. On his TikTok page @letskwoowk Kevin showed people three different ways to scramble eggs starting with the traditional way most people in the UK will be familiar with - in a frying pan.

He shows how you should add butter and then your beaten eggs over a low heat, slowly stirring until they scramble. But the chef also showed his followers how to cook the eggs without a frying pan for a jammy texture. He said: "For this one, we are going to ditch the pan altogether because we are going to cook the eggs in a glass bowl on top of a simmering pot of water.

"Just stir constantly with a spatial and it's going to take a long time, but eventually, like magic, it's going to come together. This egg is jammy, luxurious, really, really special." Kevin shows him adding butter to the eggs as they heat in the glass bowl and cuts to the stage when they start to scramble.

He said they are "a pain" to make but are worth it. He also shows viewers how to make Cantonese-style scrambled eggs which involves separating the whites and whisking them until they are light and fluffy before adding the yolks. He then adds seasonings and then folds the egg mixtures in a piping hot pan.
