Reality television personality, Charlotte Dawson , was left in shock yesterday after her youngest son suffered a painful injury while in the care of his nursery. The daughter of comedian, Les Dawson, has two children with her fiancé, England rugby player, Matt Sarsfield . Their eldest son Noah was born in January 2021 and Jude was born in July 2023.

Posting an image of Jude to her Instagram stories on Friday night she captioned the ‘toe-curling’ image with the words: “My little angel fell at nursery and his front tooth has fell (sic) out.” She continued: “His mouth keeps bleeding. What does this mean they don’t grow back until there (sic) older.

Especially as the mother of two struggled after suffering a painful miscarriage before her eldest son Noah was born. At the time she was quoted as saying that her: 'Whole world came crashing down” when she had a miscarriage at 10 weeks.

The 31-year-old Ex on The Beach star said at the time that she was: “Absolutely heartbroken.” She also revealed in an emotional video she shared to mark Baby Loss Awareness Week.
