Sami Sheen is facing a new chapter. The OnlyFans model , who is the oldest daughter of exes Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards , underwent plastic surgery on Aug. 2 to change what she called her "droopy nose.
" "I've wanted a nose job for the past five years," Sami, 20, wrote in a TikTok photo carousel Aug. 13 , explaining that she thought her original nose "photographed horribly." Posting photos of herself before and after the procedure, she continued, "i was soooo nervous, but at the same time i was extremely excited.

As seen in a separate TikTok, Sami chose to get 350 CC breast implants— despite concerns from her mom Denise , who is in the process of having her own implants removed.
