The Grammy-nominated singer's, 32, four-bedroom property — which he purchased in 2017 for just under $9 million — was last listed for $11 million. The extravagant midcentury modern home originally hit the market at $17 million in November of last year. In May, the We Don't Talk Anymore hitmaker slashed a staggering $3 million from the asking price, reducing it to $14 million, before later further lowering it by yet another $3 million.
The residence was built in 1965 by renowned architect Rex Lotery — who also famously designed Elvis and Priscilla Presley ’s home in Trousdale Estates. The property was once a vibrant social hub for Beverly Hills' elite. It was previously owned by Freddie de Cordova, the producer of The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, and dubbed 'The de Cordova House.
