Community carer Sarah and her colleagues at Brunelcare immediately began fundraising - aiming to raise $322,896 for maintenance treatment to avoid a relapse that is not currently available in the UK. The care team at Brunelcare have been donating funds to ‘Jack’s Journey’ to raise money for Jack to receive life-prolonging treatment in America. Now local Bristol legend Daz Sims has released a charity single entitled Cowboy Jack - which debuted at 28 on the iTunes chart.
