Fans took to X - previously known as Twitter - to share that they were switching off after seeing today's (September 29) line-up. The cast, which included Lulu, Craig David, Chris Chung, Alexandra Roach and Wings of Desire, didn't impress online users.

While some were thrilled to see singing star Lulu on the show, even suggesting she should be awarded a damehood, others felt "it was too early" for her lively personality and pledged to switch off, pleading with her to "calm down". Just minutes into the programme, Lulu was discussing her upbringing, remembering a time when her family was so "poor" that her Scottish father "could only afford to buy half bottle of whiskey". She then launched into an accent which didn't sit well with viewers.

One viewer questioned: "How many accents has Lulu got? #sundaybrunch," while another stated: "Lulu needs to calm down on #sundaybrunch. It's too early for any of her accents", reports the Express . Others chimed in with: "Lulu and Craig David are the guests on #sundaybrunch today so I'm giving it a miss," and "What an absolutely p***-poor lineup today.

Turning off #SundayBrunch." Further comments included: "#sundaybrunch @sundaybrunch.
