Channel 4's risque series, Open House: The Great Sex Experiment, is making a comeback with a fresh expert on open relationships, a luxurious new setting and some unexpected twists. The creators are currently seeking participants for the third series. The show challenges the notion of monogamy as an outdated concept in contemporary relationships.

It follows formerly monogamous couples as they venture into open sexual relationships for the first time, alongside the sexually liberated residents of Open House. The inaugural series, which aired in 2022, stands as Channel 4's most successful new unscripted 10pm series debut since 2017. Over the past two series, the programme has witnessed numerous couples exploring bisexual fantasies, engaging in group sex and daring threesomes, all captured on camera.

Before proceeding to the bedroom, the couples are shown mingling with potential additional sexual partners at a mixer event organised by the show's sexperts. If the couples are intrigued by what they see, they can invite anyone they fancy to join them for some sizzling action. Among those who have taken pasrt in the past are Nathan and Mady from Swansea who entered the experiment to have their first threesome and see if they could open up their relationship to involve a third sexual partner - and it almost split them up.
