A couple from Kidderminster have thanked the community for their support after they appeared on a hit TV show. Tyler Richards and Megan Mullen-Knight were featured on the Channel 4 series George Clarke's Amazing Spaces last week. The innovative pair showcased their creative and ambitious project to transform a Severn Trent Water tank in Trimpley into a luxurious short-term letting property.

The episode, which aired on Thursday (July 18), saw the couple overcome unique challenges to bring their vision to life and turn the tank into a stylish and cosy living space. This included creating an underground cinema bedroom and a hot tub area with incredible views of Kidderminster. We are a normal building family so to receive so much love and support from both loyal customers and the wider community has been incredible. "We rented out a hall with our friends and family to watch the episode which was really lovely. It was great to see their faces and my aunt even got emotional when she saw us on the screen.

"It has been a unique challenge for us as it is a different build to what we have done previously. There was a lot of reinforced concrete as Severn Trent really built the tank to last so to overcome everything and create this amazing space has been a big accomplishment." Mr Richards bought the water tank as a bit .
