Celebrity Race Across the World returns with four famous faces including Jeff Brazier and Kelly Brook who take the epic race to South America in the hope of clinching the top prize. The four pairs and their family members will embark on the 12,500 km race which starts in Belém, northern Brazil at the gateway to the country’s lower Amazon region. The teams will battle across five checkpoints across the region before reaching the finish line in the Andes, Frutillar in Southern Chile, starting on your screens this Wednesday.

When is Celebrity Race Across the World on TV? The new series will premiere on Wednesday 14 August, and then Celebrity Race Across the World will air every Wednesday night at 9pm on BBC One. It will also be available to stream on catch up after each episode airs. The first series is available to watch in full now on BBC iPlayer.

Tim Harcourt, creative director at Studio Lambert, the British television production company that makes the programme, said: “Audiences seem pleased that the difficult and disarming undertaking of the Race was not watered down for well-known personalities and their loved ones. “We are thrilled to be making another series for the BBC.” Who is in the Celebrity Race Across the World cast?
