Birth: January 25, 1938 Death: August 21, 2024 ClintonCecilia Gorski, 86, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving family. Her husband of 34 years, Joseph Gorski, passed away in 1993. She is survived by her son, Edward Gorski, of Leominster; her daughter, Barbara (Gorski) Donovan and husband Brian, of Leominster; grandchildren, Daniel, Thomas & Julie Gorski, and Molly Donovan; great-granddaughter, Haedynn Gorski; former daughter-in-law, Kimberly Gorski of Florida; many sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her four brothers and a sister in Poland and her brother, Kazimierz Grala of Worcester who died in 1983. Cecilia ‘Celina’ was born and educated in Poland, daughter of the late Waclaw and Ksawera (Florczyk) Grala. She came to the U.

S. in 1959 and settled in Clinton. Cecilia was very devoted to her faith and was a parishioner of the former Our Lady of Jasna Gora Church, where she shared her beautiful singing voice in the choir, and was a current member of St.

John the Guardian of Our Lady Parish. Cecilia was proud of her Polish heritage and kept all of her Polish traditions. In Poland, she worked in the office of the tax collector.

Cecilia enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers, cooking traditional Polish meals for her family and her long walks around town. She made friends easily with everyone that she met, joking with them, making them laugh and smile. She was loved and .
