She passed away peacefully on August 27.Born in Watsonville on October 7, 1946, Carolyn graduated from Watsonville High School and later attended Cabrillo College.

It was there that she met her future husband, Hank Allen. They married in 1968 and soon settled in Aptos, where they raised their four children.Carolyn was a dedicated mother who made her family her top priority.

She always made time to attend her children’s sporting events, 4H events, Scout activities, and Home & School Club functions.
