69 Pacific Road, Palm Beach has hopes of $14m. A well-known car dealer couple, Paul Warren and his wife Elizabeth of the Peter Warren Automotives clan, has decided to upgrade on the Northern Beaches but stay on the same exclusive street. Last week, the landmark Palm Beach property Karala on Pacific Rd sold within its marketed price guide of $26m to $27m, making it the most expensive peninsula home sold this calendar year.

It was confirmed that the Warrens had been behind the sale of the wow factor trophy home at 83 Pacific Rd and now the pair have listed their current home, Villa Du Cap at number 69, with $14m price hopes. They purchased the 1409sq m property in 2021 for $11m according to title records. Paul is the eldest son of the company’s founder, Peter Warren, and after joining the family firm in 1975 he is now is an executive director as well as being a board member of the Australian Automotive Dealer Association. The luxury listing is being marketed through LJ Hooker Palm Beach, the same agency behind the Karala deal.

While Peter Robinson and David Edwards brokered the initial transaction, Robinson is being joined by team mate Dennis Kennelley on the Warrens’ existing beach pad. “The really unique feature of it is it’s a double-size site on more than 1400sq m, whereas most properties in the area are on about 700sqm,�.
