Capital One has expanded its airport lounge program with a new "Landing" offering at Washington DC's Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The space is envisioned as a hybrid between a traditional airport lounge and a restaurant featuring food from famous chefs. Where is the Capital One Landing? The lounge is located after security in Terminal 2 at the turn to the D Concourse.

Passengers can arrive up to three hours before their departure time, during the opening hours of 05:00 to 21:00. Designed with Michelin-starred Chef José Andrés, the space takes inspiration from Capital One's traditional airport lounges but is designed to cater to passengers bound for shorter haul flights who spend less time in the terminal. The finance company operates three airport lounges.

The space measures 5,500 square feet and incorporates features passengers expect in a lounge, such as power outlets at every seat, high-speed WiFi, dedicated luggage nooks, and two private restrooms. The space seeks to replicate the lounge ambiance with warm colors, greenery, and whimsical art from local artists. In a statement , Vice President and Head of Capital One Travel Jenn Scheurich thanked the airport for helping the vision come to life: “When creating Capital One Landing, our goal was to reimagine the airport experience once again for travelers, bringing a dining experience they’d be excited to encounter anywhere in the world - not just in an airport.
