A major road, which was the site of a serious crash this week, is 'having incidents all the time' and action needs to be taken to prevent further collisions, according to locals. In the latest in a long line of crashes on Chorley Old Road, a six-year-old girl is in critical condition following a three-car collision on Saturday (November 9) night. Police say they believe that one of the cars was travelling in an easterly direction along the road, with the second car exiting Avenue Street, onto Chorley Old Road.
