Now, the brand is ready to roll out a convertible with a similar mission statement. Called the Sollei, a portmanteau of ‘sun’ and ‘leisure,’ the long and low droptop recalls some of the most famous and desirable of Cadillac convertibles, of which some are etched in silhouette profile on this concept’s centre console.

A wide stance and enormous doors look great, standing out in an era where this type of vehicle has become a lot less common. Uninterrupted body surfaces and a stretched body line emphasize the car’s length. That tail design also creates one heckuva set of proportions.
