Bruce Willis is continuing to do well, according to one of the latest updates on his health from his family since he was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. His oldest daughter, Rumer Willis, 36, was asked how her dad is doing in a Q&A in her Instagram stories on Aug. 22.

"He is great. I love him so much. Thank you," she of two hands clasped together, presumably hers and her father's.

Rumer Willis previously stopped by TODAY on May 29 to discuss her residency at New York City's Café Carlyle and shared an update on how her dad is doing. "He's so good," the musician — who — told TODAY's Hoda Kotb. "I actually got to see him right before I came out (to New York).

And Lou is just starting to walk a little bit, and she was walking over to him, and it was so sweet." In an appearance on TODAY with Hoda & Jenna also on May 29, she added that Bruce Willis' condition is "ever-evolving." "The most beautiful aspect of this in a certain way is .

At the time, they shared that he had developed a disorder called aphasia, which leads to difficultie.
