Rumer Willis has taken to Instagram to share a rare update on her dad Bruce Willis' health amid his battle with frontotemporal dementia, a rare and aggressive form of dementia. The 36-year-old was doing an Instagram Q&A when asked about her father. "How's your dad doing? Sending love to all you guys," the anonymous follower asked.

"He is great," Rumer responded, sharing a snap of her holding her dad's hand. "I love him so much. Thank you.

However, in February last year, it was revealed the illness had progressed into frontotemporal dementia (FTD), a common form of incurable dementia that causes changes in behaviour, personality, language, and movement.
