American music legend Bruce Springsteen has announced he will be heading out on the road next year for a huge European tour, which will kick off right here in Manchester. The 75-year-old, who is known for classics including Born to Run, Streets of Philadelphia and I'm On Fire, will join the legendary E Street Band for 12 shows from May to July 2025. The Boss will begin proceedings with two huge shows at Manchester’s Co-op Live on May 17 and 20.

As part of his only other UK date announced so far, he will also perform at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium on June 4. Bruce also performed shows in Scotland and Ireland that same month, followed by two big shows at London's Hyde Park.

The singer last performed in Manchester eight years ago when he brought his The River Tour to the Etihad Stadium in May 2016. Tickets for his 2025 tour are set to go on sale next week, and there is expected to be big demand for each of the shows.
