The Browns should stop lying about why they want to build a domed stadium in suburban Brook Park. Not even the guy who thinks it’s a meaningful life experience to paint his face orange and brown and spend 40 hours a year in the Dawg Pound believes all those nauseating falsehoods that this is all about “what’s best for the fans.” What it’s really about is enriching Browns owners Jimmy and Dee Haslam.
It’s about adding more luxury seating, charging higher prices for mediocre seats and awful food. And it’s about their well known obsession with controlling enough land to charge suckers $40 or more to park in their nearly 20,000 parking spots. Do the math.
