Upgrade to an A220-500? Breeze Airways has announced a major expansion of its route network, adding 18 routes and five new cities to its map. With the new additions, the young airline will serve more than 200 routes. Expanding again Breeze Airways is one of the United States’ youngest carriers.

Founded in 2018 by David Neeleman, the airline’s first flight took off in May 2021. In the first year and a half of operations, Breeze transported more than 1.5 million passengers and is now growing its route network to more than 200 destinations.

Earlier today, the airline announced it was adding 18 routes and five new cities to its route network. The new cities are; New York-Newark, Daytona Beach, Erie, South Bend, and Wilmington. All the cities will have at least one route starting in November, but some start in February 2025.
