Mak Acquisitions is demanding socialite Candice Miller cough up $195,000 to cover rent on their 737 Park Ave abode for the months of April through August, court documents reviewed by DailyMail.com revealed. The mother-of-two moved out of the Upper East Side apartment in August, but the landlord is arguing she as 'refused to compensate [them] for provided services.

' Rent for the swanky apartment cost $47,000 until April, before increasing to $49,000 from May onward. The unit boasts five-bedrooms and seven-and-a-half-bathrooms across 4,382 square feet, according to Zillow . The lawsuit is the latest in legal troubles Brandon, 43, left behind for his family.
