A BRAND new airline's first ever flight is set to take Scots holidaymakers to New York. Global - a new British start up firm - will have their inaugural flights take off from Glasgow Airport next month. The first trip from Glasgow to JFK Airport will take off at 11am on Thursday May 15. The return trip will bring them back at 8am on Monday May 19 -giving punters a full weekend in the Big Apple . Another flight will leave from Manchester later next month.

Global launched a private pre-sale where passengers who regiter will be able to book into economy , business , or first class. Punters have been promised a great experience as the plane cabins have been completely overhauled.
