An unusual case has been reported from emerged from Balrampur district of Chhattisgarh, where a 40-year-old man suffered a brain hemorrhage, believed to be triggered by the very high volume of a nearby DJ’s music. This unusual incident left doctors bewildered, especially since the man had no prior medical conditions such as high blood pressure , physical injuries, or a history of illness. Upon further questioning, the patient hesitantly admitted that he had been loading equipment into a DJ vehicle when he first started experiencing dizziness, which ultimately led to his health deteriorating. Two days before his hospital visit, the resident of Sanawal area felt sudden dizziness while working near the loud music . He returned home, only to later experience severe headaches and vomiting while preparing dinner.

Concerned about his symptoms, he sought medical attention the following morning. Dr. Shailendra Gupta, an Associate Professor of the ENT Department at Government Medical College in Ambikapur, examined Jaiswal and recommended a CT scan.

The scan revealed a blood clot in the occipital region of the brain, caused by a ruptured blood vessel. Typically, such hemorrhages are associated with high blood pressure or trauma, but Jaiswal showed no signs of either. His blood pressure was normal, and he had no history of injury.
