Celebrating the rich maritime heritage of British Columbia, this menu melds local favorites with inventive sea-inspired dishes, offering a palette of colors and tastes that promise a memorable culinary adventure. The experience at Braidwood Tavern transports diners into the heart of Canada’s oceanic splendor.

Known for its vibrant fishing scenes, iconic salmon habitats, and pristine aquaculture, British Columbia sets the stage for a menu that captivates and delights from the first bite. The culinary journey begins with an enticing array of oysters (including Kusshi, Royal Miyagi, and Fanny Bay), leading into a variety of starters. The Fritto Miso tantalizes with a mix of local shrimp, squid, and soft shell crabs, accompanied by a confit garlic aioli.
