Celebrations were in store at the Bolton St John Ambulance Cadet Unit Presentation Evening held this week. Mayor of Bolton Cllr Andy Morgan attended the ceremony. He said: "It was a privilege to celebrate their achievements and to congratulate them and express our deepest gratitude on behalf of everyone in Bolton for what they do.
"Their dedication and selfless commitment to supporting St John Ambulance has made a significant impact on our community. "They have chosen to volunteer, dedicating countless hours to learn vital skills and provide essential support whenever needed. "I also expressed my appreciation to the volunteers and mentors who tirelessly guide and support the Cadets. "Every volunteer sacrifices their personal time to support and develop not only their own skills but also to nurture and enhance the cadets abilities. "The cadets and their volunteer leaders commitment to the wellbeing of our community is a shining example of what can be accomplished when we come together with a shared purpose.
