Bolton’s MPs have spoken out criticising ‘far-right thuggery’ after numerous demonstrations and riots across the country over the weekend. One demonstration took place in Bolton town centre, which saw clashes between the far-right and a counter-demonstration. Greater Manchester Police used powers amid disturbances in the town centre to order people to “remove face coverings used to disguise or conceal their appearance”.
