The internet's favourite 'muscle mommy' has given an insight into her inundated DMs. Julia Rene, 27, has built up an impressive presence online - garnering a whopping 367,000 followers on Instagram for showing off her and fitness tips. The bodybuilder, from Texas, US, often dons a tiny sports bra and gym shorts to flaunt her ripped abs, huge biceps, and toned thighs.

It's no surprise that her inbox is filled with adoring fans, but Julia says most men are after one thing - and it's not what you think...

"I do get noticed a lot more. Most men will say things like 'How can I get jacked like you?'", she said. "Most of the men I come across are impressed by my physique and are very nice.

" However, the odd creep still finds time to slide into her DMs, which leaves her feeling 'uncomfortable'. "I was having a conversation with a man who asked me if I was a bodybuilder and I said yes," Julia recalls. "We had a nice conversation about it, but then it got weird.

" The man asked for a picture of her legs before demanding: "Now turn around." But Julia isn't afraid to bite back and put sleazy men back in their place. In other words: do one.

After getting into bodybuilding back in 2019, Julia is focused on empowering women and helping them achieve their fitness goals - not pleasuring anonymous men. But she says the industry is still unfair against women, adding: "Women definitely face a lot more judgement; either we don't have enough muscle, or we're too muscular. There's no winning.

Why wo.
