Monday, October 7, 2024 BOC Aviation Limited (“BOC Aviation” or the “Company”) is excited to share that it has finalized a lease agreement with United Airlines, Inc. (“United”) for a fleet comprising three Boeing 737-9 aircraft and one Boeing 787-9 aircraft. The three B737-9 jets are powered by CFM LEAP-1B engines, while the B787-9 is equipped with General Electric GEnx engines.
All four aircraft are presently in service with United. “We are delighted to be supporting our long-time customer, United, once again, as it continues its fleet renewal programme,” said Steven Townend , Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, BOC Aviation. “The financing of these four latest generation Boeing aircraft provides us with an incremental investment opportunity as we continue to grow our business.
