Joe-Lewis Tyler, 34, had consumed five pints of beer, four shots of Jägerbombs and Sambuca, and taken drugs before getting behind the wheel of a BMW 3 Series in Worcester - racking up speeds of 90mph. Tyler's erratic driving caused him to lose control of the car, ploughing into a taxi on Spetchley Road at around 3pm on February 22.

The crash resulted in the deaths of six-year-old Leo Painter, who had just been picked up from Abigail’s Place School, along with taxi driver Courtney Hemming, 26, and Leo’s escort, Claire Adkins, 39. function loadOvpScript(){let el=document.createElement('script');el.
