Chocolate fans have been waking up to the news a recently discontinued bar will be making a comeback to certain stores. Posting on TikTok, B&M Stores announced that "Caramac is back!" In the video, which went live on Tuesday morning, it shows a three pack of traditional chocolate bars as well as a sharing pouch of Caramac chocolate buttons for sale. The budget retailer, known for its tempting sweet and treat aisle, has multipacks priced at £1.

65 and the 86g button bag costs the same amount. The caramel-infused treat was a staple in the sweet aisle since 1959. But, according to Nestle in late 2023, the company made the "difficult decision" to shelve the product due to slower sales.

The nostalgia-inducing chocolate bar had the likes of Cadbury's Caramilk range to compete with since 2021. At the time, fans were told by a Nestle spokesperson: "We are very sorry to disappoint fans of Caramac. There has been a steady decline in its sales over the past few years and unfortunately we had to make the difficult decision to discontinue it.

" The post was captioned: " The legendary CARAMAC is back! Stock up on Caramac bars at your local B&M before they disappear again! Only £1.65 for a 3 pack or bag of buttons, perfect for a nostalgic treat!" It's not the first time the chocolate made a comeback. B&M previously stuck the bar back on shelves in January 2024 - just months after it was axed from the regular Nestle line-up.

Nestle announced the comeback earlier this month on their Instagram.
