This year, the Bloom Flower Festivals event will be held in a new location, at 4289 Salmon River Rd., in Spallumcheen. Less than 25 minutes from Vernon and just over an hour from Kelowna, the festival is being billed as a “breathtaking experience filled with vibrant sunflowers and exciting new events.

” The four-acre sunflower field, bursting with blooms, promises to be the perfect backdrop for stunning photos and fall memories. This year’s festival brings a fresh twist with new events, special local partnerships, and unique experiences. Festival-goers can stroll through golden sunflower fields, pick their own flowers, and capture vibrant photos surrounded by nature’s beauty.

And for any budding photographers, other than admission, there is no additional charge to take pictures on-site. Take blooms home, with several U-Pick options ranging from $3 for a single stem to $50 pails, allowing visitors to fit as many stems as they can into their bucket.
