Prayagraj : The BJP on Tuesday released the data of the first phase of the membership drive, claiming that a total of 13,99,429 members have been made under Kashi Prant , comprising 16 districts and 71 assembly seats . The data was compiled till Sept 23. BJP district spokesman Rajesh Kesarwani told TOI: "The Allahabad City North assembly seat, with 51,286 members, is at the top position on the list of assemblies of Kashi Prant while the Allahabad City South assembly is in fifth place by making 40,120 members.
The Allahabad City West assembly seat was at 7th position by making 35,805 members." Kesarwani added that Pratapgarh was in first place by making 1,42,808 members, Mirzapur second with 1,36,404, and Prayagraj Mahanagar in third place with 1,25,211 members. The list of the top 10 assemblies of the Kashi region includes 51,286 Allahabad City North Assembly (First), 46,932 Varanasi Cantt (second), 42,953 Pratapgarh (third), 41,234 Syed Raja (fourth), 40,120 City South (fifth), 38,985 Mirzapur (sixth), and 35,805 Allahabad City West Assembly remains in the seventh position.
