One furious fan scathed: "They said they were gonna do 8 weeks, 6 weeks is way too short.

" A second said: "6 weeks is way to short, why don’t they listen to us." A third noted: "Big Brother needs a longer run, 6 weeks just isn’t enough. It felt rushed towards the end of the last series to whittle down the housemates.

Hopefully the launch will be live too, and not that pre-recorded mess like last year." A fourth social media user commented: "Ugh. Such a short series agai.
