Bhumi Pednekar is known for her experimental sartorial sensibilities. Recently, she owned the red carpet of GQ Best Dressed Awards 2024 as she dazzled in a glass armour saree by Raw Mango. The standout piece featured a unique snake breastplate, coiled with two bronze gold cobras near the bust and a striking protruding belly design.
This traditional armour is typically worn by Theyyam dancers of South India to channel the voice and spirit of the divine. Underneath the breastplate, Bhumi wore a strapless white blouse, which was paired with a lehenga -like white saree that added to the overall elegance of her ensemble. The pallu of the saree was left loose, functioning like a train that swept gracefully across the floor behind the actress.
Bhumi Pednekar accessorised her look with glass bangles on her right hand, a gold snake bracelet on her left, custom snake ear cuffs, a sleek hath phool and a pair of stylish stilettos.
