While she was on stage, the film star's strap on her heel came undone and she quickly had to try and fix it. Bella took the mishap in good humour though as she playfully walked around on stage with the strap trailing behind her. The star looked sensational as she graced the red carpet in a semi-sheer black dress which boasted a backless design.
