BBC commentator John Hunt and his surviving daughter Amy have issued a heartbreaking statement following the tragic crossbow attack that claimed the lives of his wife and two other daughters at their Hertfordshire home. John and Amy expressed their devastation over the loss of Carol Hunt, 61, and her daughters Hannah, 28, and Louise, 25. The three women were discovered with fatal injuries at their home in the peaceful cul-de-sac of Ashlyn Close in Bushey, shortly after 7pm on Tuesday.

A crossbow, believed to be the weapon used in the attack, has been recovered by Hertfordshire Police as part of their ongoing investigation. The horrific attack triggered a manhunt for 26-year-old Kyle Clifford. He was later found in Lavender Hill Cemetery in Enfield, North London, suffering from serious injuries on Wednesday afternoon.
