Jermaine Jenas has been sacked from the BBC (Image: BBC) A junior staff member at The One Show was reportedly "impressed by Jermaine Jenas ' star quality" before stepping forward to report his alleged inappropriate behaviour. The former Match of the Day and One Show presenter has now been dismissed by the BBC after the broadcaster received accusations of misconduct. In a statement to Mirror Online, a BBC spokesperson confirmed: “We can confirm that he is no longer part of our presenting lineup.

” Jenas, however, has remained adamant that "there are two sides to every story" and is consulting his legal representatives as the situation unfolds. The controversy began last month when the BBC reportedly received a formal complaint regarding text messages allegedly sent by Jenas. After one woman came forward with concerns, other female employees also followed suit, raising additional complaints.
