On the latest episode of Giovanna Fletcher's Happy Mum Happy Baby podcast, Strictly Come Dancing star Anton Du Beke opened up about the 'emotional' and 'stressful' period leading up to the birth of his twins in 2017. Describing what men do as 'useless' in comparison to a woman's role in pregnancy, he admitted that while Hannah was expecting, he had felt like Frozen character Olaf, referencing how the fictional snowman holds dandelion fuzz in one scene. Explaining the analogy, Anton said: "This is what it felt like to me, throughout the whole time Hannah was pregnant.

"I felt like I was holding dandelion fuzz and at any second it could just go away into the aether. That was my whole being." He added: "She had these injections, and the bruises on the bum and the thigh, and you're trying to do it and trying to help, but what can you do?" As his wife prepared to give birth to their twins Henrietta and George in March 2017, he said that he was trying to help her in any way he could: "Whatever you want, tell me and I'll do it", he told her.

"It's horrendous as a man to watch it. You feel so inadequate and you want to do so much more, but I can't do anything. And that's why you girls are so extraodinary", the Strictly star added, addressing Giovanna.

Anton also explained how his children were actually born against the odds after he and his wife had gone through IVF, as it initially appeared that she would be unable to have children. He said: "Because you know, Hannah had this thing .
